Adobe Campaign Consultant

Role, Key Duties, and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking confident Adobe Campaign Consultants at all levels to fill permanent positions in London (UK) and New York (USA). The successful candidate will play a key role in helping clients implement, operate and run Adobe Campaign solutions, sometimes building from scratch and often integrating it with their CRM system, and helping set up programs and CRM capabilities. We have clients across many industries including consumer electronics, financial services, publishing, retail, travel and more. 

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • building campaigns and deliveries within the platform
  • manipulating data within the front end interface for use in CRM activities
  • educating clients on best practice use of Adobe Campaign
  • advising clients on how to use multiple elements of the platform
  • troubleshooting issues via hands on one-to-one deskside coaching sessions
  • producing documentation and training materials to support activity
  • using a consultative approach to help the client build confidence in the platform
  • understanding other marketing technology used by the client and finding the comparable methods by which functionality would be achieved within Adobe Campaign
  • championing the key elements of the platform that differentiate Adobe Campaign from other products
  • helping the client execute day to day activities by means of empowering them to find, debug and resolve issues themselves with assistance

The Ideal Candidate

We are primarily interested in bright and articulate self-starters who have experience delivering complex implementation projects in a client-facing environment. As such, we are less interested in your industry experience and more interested in your rounded technical understanding and communication skills to back this up. Travel on a regular basis may be required should travel restrictions permit. 

The following traits, skills and experience are sought: 

  • At least 12 months’ experience delivering Adobe Campaign BAU or implementation projects.
  • A current certification in Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard.
  • A consultative approach to delivery of projects and development.
  • Experience of working directly with end clients and owning delivery of day to day projects.
  • Solid working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML Web Services and database design.
  • Experience of technical support to clients and internal teams.
  • Analytical thinker, with strong problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills; with ability to articulate ideas, problems and technical solutions in a way that non-technical people can understand.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Enjoy working in a team where you can listen, contribute ideas and constantly learn.

The TAP CXM office is based in Southwark, walking distance from Southwark, Waterloo, Borough and Lambeth North. The TAP USA office is based in Brooklyn, New York, within walking distance of the Brooklyn Bridge.  Working hours are 9:00am until 5:30pm but in truth this will never happen – some days will be long, some days will be short, but all days will be rewarding.
