Last week, we hosted our first-ever Breakfast Club at The Hoxton. It’s a new invite-only event that we’re holding quarterly to bring our clients together and provide them with valuable opportunities to learn, network, and grow. This time we had the pleasure of having James Dixon, Head of CRM at Direct Wines, speak about their CRM transformation project.
The event kicked off with a short networking session, where guests from Prostate Cancer UK, Allianz, On The Market, William Hill, NHS, News UK, and Campaign Against Living Miserably and Saga had the chance to meet and connect with fellow peers in their field. We were then welcomed with a table full of breakfast treats: avocado on toast, yogurt and granola, eggs and bacon! It was a great way to start and left us all feeling energised for the talk that was to come.
After breakfast, James Dixon began his presentation. We’ve only started working with Direct Wines this year, but we’re already making significant progress in helping them with their Adobe products. James spoke about Direct Wines’ CRM journey, sharing their successes and challenges along the way. His presentation was both informative and engaging, and we all left with valuable takeaways.

Following the presentation, we had the opportunity to ask questions and network. It was great to see our clients mingle and catch up in person, as we typically only see them through video calls. The feedback from the event was overwhelmingly positive, with guests commenting on how good James’ presentation was, the tasty breakfast and the great networking experience.
Overall, the breakfast club was a huge success and we’re already looking forward to hosting the next one in 2024!
