Thomas Fordham is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at TAP CXM. Day to day he is responsible for TAP’s sales, strategy, operations and everything in between, in addition to taking on project work for some of our largest global clients.

Thomas started his working life in software development, before moving into consultancy and project delivery. His sweet spot is helping customers to do things quickly in the best possible way. His obsession with “getting things done” inspires our proactive culture and company approach to client work. Spending time with him is always exciting as he always has an anecdote or experience which can give us a head start.

Thomas and Andrew constantly argue over who is better at SQL, but Thomas assures us, it’s definitely him.
