Sam is our Chief Growth Officer with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. He is a customer experience transformation expert with a stellar record in leading innovation, strategy, and expansion projects.

Prior to joining TAP, Sam held the same role at Merkle, where he had a hand in sales, commercial leadership, marketing and analytics. He was also an integral part of the strategic alliance between Craft CXM and TAP CXM, a plan to flourish on a global scale.

Sam is a natural leader, motivator, and has a gift for bringing people together to create powerful results. When he’s not working, he can be found exploring outside on his gravel bike or running through trails. He finds peace in nature and it’s where he recharges his batteries.
