Katie Slade

HR Manager

Katie has 9 years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience under her belt, across a range of industries from finance to law. She graduated from the University of Southampton with a BSc in Business Studies which she puts to good use to reflect the multidisciplinary nature of business.

Katie is now our point of contact for any HR or recruitment matters here at TAP. She’s a superstar when it comes to the 360 recruitment process and all things employment law. Katie is a real people person and loves speaking with candidates and supporting colleagues. Outside of work Katie has a passion for skiing, sailing and scuba diving.
