James Gent is a proficient Business Consultant with over 13 years’ experience. Through business analysis, discovery sessions, customer journey mapping and digital strategy, James helps clients define their key requirements and project parameters. His additional skills in project management and delivery allow him to take a truly end to end, hands-on approach to any job.
James has led several complex, multi-national marketing and data projects and been accountable for the delivery of projects to major clients in the UK and Europe, most recently acting as Project Lead and Business Consultant for a Marketo implementation for a global insurer.
He’s an exceptional communicator, with successful engagements that range from delivering paid-for advice and recommendations to C-level executives, through to the group-wide implementation of a marketing and data platform to the world’s largest leisure, travel and tourism company.
When he’s not at the computer, James enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors doing ultra-marathons, mountain biking or foraging (mainly for mushrooms!). And being a dad to two sons.
