The Project
Ten Lifestyle Group was in the early stages of a Braze implementation when the CRM team realised they needed our help. Our consultants and tech specialists, led by Senior Solutions Consultant Laycken Iontton and Senior Technical Consultant Asmita Singh, saw Ten Group through a successful Braze migration. We focused on their goal of elevating email, app, and push capabilities while also streamlining CRM processes to make life easier for the team sending client communications.
The Challenge
Ten Group facilitates lifestyle experiences on behalf of 80+ clients in dozens of countries and multiple languages. This saw the CRM team juggling 600+ individual email templates under the previous setup. No universal elements. No dynamic content. No standardisation.
Ten Group chose Braze, knowing it would make it possible to consolidate the clutter. They just didn’t know where to start – or what Braze is really capable of once you master the basics. And with just 6 weeks before the cut-off date for Ten’s old email marketing automation platform, they couldn’t afford delays or migration errors.
Our team embedded into Ten Group’s CRM organisation to complete the migration. We picked up where Braze’s onboarding left off, building on the basics and delivering use-case-specific solutions:
- Translated 600+ existing email templates into 460 Braze templates, reducing sprawl and making them more user-friendly.
- Built dynamic content blocks to reduce re-work and improve consistency.
- Using the Catalogues, created a custom HTML template with liquid script that adapts elements like colours and fonts to the brand associated with each customer.
- Created master templates to consolidate email sprawl and streamline the migration.
- Standardised common journeys such as welcome flows.
Consultants with Braze implementation experience in our Barcelona office jumped in for a 3-week sprint to complete the migration.

- 92 templates migrated and 368 rebuilt, replacing 600+ individual emails.

We trained teams across the UK, US, Australia and Singapore on Braze best practices and Ten Group’s specific setup. With us on hand to guide and answer questions, their CRM teams got stuck in testing, learning, and building confidence.
Towards the end, we shifted into consultancy mode. Ten Group wanted to go further with Braze: fewer templates, more automation, and better tracking so we shared practical tips and strategic advice to help them get there.
Since we stepped back, Ten Group has continued to invest in Braze, bringing in technical talent across multiple countries. We’re proud to have helped set the wheels in motion.
