Senior Project Manager (London)
Role and Responsibilities
This is a client facing Senior Project Manager role where you’ll be working on B2C and B2B marketing automation implementations and complex CRM journeys. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely and successful execution while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has 5 years’ experience running project migration of marketing automation platforms, experience in an agency environment and a track record of building solid relationships, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrating project ownership and a proactive approach to problem solving.
The role is to manage a number of high value projects and take responsibility for resource management & fiscal responsibility of the project portfolio. Whilst candidates with a pure agile background will be considered, this role will be concerned with managing to a deadline and ensuring that work is delivered on time to maintain project velocity.
Day-to-day, this looks like:

- Leading the implementation and management of project migration of marketing automation platforms, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and develop project plans.
- Working with the Account Management team to effectively communicate resource requirements, ensuring appropriate utilisation, projected financial forecast and chargeability.
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, in alignment with client objectives and requirements.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular & proactive updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues, and managing expectations.
- Maintenance of RAID logs, burndown reports, change requests and other project documentation.
- Overseeing testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the CRM system meets business requirements.
- Proactively identifying and leading initiatives that drive business value and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate a proactive and tenacious approach, and build a strong understanding of our software services.
You must have:

- Proven experience in project management within the marketing technology (martech) industry, preferably in a consultancy/agency environment.
- 5 years’ experience running projects to migrate to and integrate it with a CRM.
- A strong understanding of B2C and B2B martech concepts, platforms, and tools.
- Experience of fixed price implementations and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and internal and external stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Social Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.

This role is based in our London office (a short walk from Southwark and Waterloo stations). Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:30pm.
