This is the first year that Customer Engagement Summit takes over Battersea for two consecutive days and it’s a great opportunity to join roundtables, listen in on case studies and talks, and learn about the latest innovations in customer experience and customer service.
We’ll be plotted up next to the CXM stand ready to meet and greet clients, partners and new friends, and to answer all your questions on martech, data, and the strategy behind your customer experiences.
Our Head of Strategic Consulting Mark Clydesdale will be on the CXM panel discussing how to design experiences that are as valuable to you as they are to your customers.
