The Good Bit

A competitive salary linked directly with experience and how quickly you can be utilised within the team.

Every member of staff is automatically enrolled into our profit based company bonus scheme; If TAP is successful, we want to directly share this with the team that makes it happen.

You will be entitled to 23 days holiday each year. We have no rules about when you take your holiday, just work with your colleagues to make some sensible choices. If you need more holiday that’s also fine, just share your available days with you colleagues and make it up to them.

The TAP CXM office is based in Southwark, walking distance from Southwark, Waterloo, Borough and Lambeth North. Working hours are 9:00am until 5:30pm but in truth this will never happen – some days will be long, some days will be short, but all days will be rewarding.

All employees are automatically enrolled into our company pension scheme.

We operate a number of other benefit schemes that include local gym membership, cycle to work, childcare vouchers, online training and a travel card loan scheme. See our Careers page for more information.

We are always looking to add new benefits to our package, if you have an idea about something you want to add, run it by us, the chances are that we’ll add it, as long as it doesn’t wipe out the company bonus pot!
