Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Developer (London)
Role and Responsibilities
We’re looking for a talented SFMC Campaign Developer who’ll be responsible for designing, building, and optimising marketing campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, and has a deep understanding of marketing automation, data management, and customer journey mapping. This role is dedicated to crafting and executing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance the customer journey and deliver personalised experiences at scale. As a specialist in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you’ll leverage the platform’s full suite of tools to drive engagement, conversion, and customer loyalty.
Day-to-day, this looks like:

- Designing, developing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Building and managing customer journeys, email templates, landing pages, and web forms.
- Utilising Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder to implement campaigns.
- Developing and managing email marketing campaigns, including template creation, content integration, and deployment.
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to campaign execution.
- Implementing and managing automated marketing workflows to streamline campaign processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensuring data integrity.
- Utilising advanced segmentation techniques to target specific audience groups and personalise marketing messages.
- Staying updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices.
- Conducting A/B testing and leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for processes and configurations
What We’re Looking For
We’re primarily interested in bright and articulate self-starters who have experience delivering complex implementation projects in a client-facing environment. As such, we’re less interested in your industry experience and more interested in your rounded technical understanding and the communication skills to back this up.
Our ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate:

- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Social Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.
- Proficiency in data management within Marketing Cloud, with the ability to design complex data models and segmentation strategies.
- Strong skills in marketing automation, journey design, and the implementation of dynamic content and personalisation.
- Ability to design and send marketing emails, with knowledge of HTML and CSS for customisation.
- Analytical skills to develop insights from campaign data and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices, CXM strategies, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field would be preferable.

This role is based in our London office (a short walk from Southwark and Waterloo stations). Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:30pm.
