Graduate Technical Consultant (London)
Role and Responsibilities
As a Graduate Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in maximising the potential of their email marketing efforts, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding results.
Day-to-day, this looks like:

- Providing technical guidance and support to clients, understanding their business objectives and email marketing requirements.
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to gather project requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Implementing and configuring email marketing platforms, such as Adobe Campaign, to meet client requirements and optimise campaign performance.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to email marketing platforms, HTML/CSS coding, email deliverability, and responsive design, providing timely resolution.
- Conducting testing and quality assurance checks on email campaigns to ensure optimal functionality, compatibility, and adherence to best practices.
- Assisting clients with the integration of email marketing platforms with their existing systems, such as CRM or e-commerce platforms.
- Developing and delivering client training sessions and workshops, educating them on email marketing best practices, platform usage, and optimisation techniques.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and email marketing best practices, proactively sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
- Collaborating with the account management and sales teams to support business development activities, including conducting product demonstrations and providing technical expertise during sales pitches.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate:

- An analytical or STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Math) based degree
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to troubleshoot and modify code as necessary.
- A confident and professional manner
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Team-player mentality, where you can listen, contribute ideas and share responsibility.

This role is based in our London office (a short walk from Southwark & Waterloo stations). Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:30pm.
